Stepping Stones > 

Overview    

Stepping Stones is an early intervention preschool program developed to provide therapeutic education for children ages three, four and five with speech and/or language delays.

Our program incorporates a unique collaborative approach designed to assist in the child's growth and development.

Eligibility will be determined through a comprehensive admissions screening that is required for all applicants. The program is designed to serve children with specific weaknesses in speech and/or language development who may also have mild secondary weaknesses in fine motor or sensory development.Classes will provide instruction in the areas of:
  • Speech
  • Language Development
  • Pre-academic Skills
  • Gross and Fine Motor Skills

The Stepping Stones program also offers additional services, including the following:

  • Consultation with specialists
  • Parent classroom volunteer opportunities
  • Comprehensive educational case management
  • Parent observation booth
