Appointments
Adults and children are enrolled in therapy following an evaluation in the Speech-Language Clinic. Placement is also possible for individuals who have a recent evaluation by a licensed speech-language pathologist if adequate records are available. All applicants must have a completed case history form and a release of information form in order to be scheduled for either an evaluation or therapy.
