Appointments & Fees Appointments To make an appointment in the Learning Evaluation Clinic, please call (404) 233-5332. Evaluations are completed over two morning sessions, typically from 8:30-11:30 or 12:00. Parents are asked to come in the first morning for an initial conference and again the second afternoon for a meeting to review results and recommendations.
