Dr. Walter Gilliam is the foremost expert on preschool education. A professor of child psychiatry and psychology at the Yale University Child Study Center and Director of the Edward Zigler Center in Child Development and Social Policy, Dr. Gilliam will lead a conversation about early childhood education and the student-teacher relationships that promote mental healthiness.
