The Atlanta Speech School offers a wide variety of summer programs: camps, classes, remediation and therapy, and activities for children in the community as well as for those in our programs. Summer Explorations Camp: A fun and fantastic preschool camp for boys and girls ages 2 1/2 to 6 years. Summer Explorations is a mainstream camp for children with no known developmental delays.
Wiggles and Giggles: A camp for 3- and 4-year-olds with speech and/or language delays
Bright Beginnings: A camp for 4- and 5-year olds who are dyslexic or at risk for language-based learning disabilities
Summer Excursions: A camp for rising 1st, 2nd, and 3rd graders with dyslexia and other language-based learning disabilities
Writing Adventures: A fun writing camp for rising 2nd and 3rd graders
Art of the Tale: A fun writing camp for rising 4th, 5th, and 6th graders
Movers and Shakers: A camp for handwriting readiness and printing using the Handwriting Without Tears program for children ages 5-7
Think Tank: A camp for rising 4th, 5th, and 6th graders to develop and enhance problem solving, logical thinking, communication and language skills
Comprehension Capers: A camp for rising 4th, 5th, and 6th graders to strengthen and improve reading comprehension
Study Skills: A camp for rising 5th and 6th graders to strengthen and improve study skill strategies
Camp Chatterbox: A fun-filled day camp for children ages 2 to 5 who are deaf or hard of hearing
